At Stronger Fitness and Martial Arts we offer different group circuits aswell as bespoke One to One Personal Training.

Here’s a glimpse at an Early Bird session with one of Jacob’s PT clients, Luke. Luke is currently complementing his existing Jiu Jitsu training with a course of private One to One Personal Training sessions in order to improve his all round fitness levels.

This Thursday, 7th April, from 10am-1pm, there will be a closed group Street Safety Session being held at the gym. If any existing members wish to attend, or would like to do their own training, there will be an open gym running between these times. This session will be free to Full and Stronger members. Team Stronger were representing at UFC Fight Night last month. What a spectacle to be at and witness Silva vs Bisping, two legends of the game! A fine night capped off with Tom bumping into non other than UFC President Dana White!

Another successful open day!

Massive thanks to everybody who turned out for another successful open morning on the 19th September!

We had the opportunity to show the public what we do and we managed to generate lots of interest and some new members. The work continues to attract further members, build a strong team and develop the gym.

School term class times

** Notice **

Kids BJJ classes revert to 4.30pm from this week. We accept children from 5 years up to 9 years. Kids 10 years old and over are welcome to attend our BJJ Basics class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm.
