Saturday Closure, BJJ Competition and Gradings

The Gym is closed this Saturday 22^nd June (no Yoga or Open Mat) as we will be cheering on our Stronger BJJ team at the National Sports Center in Crystal Palace.  We have 12 people competing over the Saturday and Sunday in the British Nationals so hopefully we will see you there. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gradings for adults will take place on Thursday 27^th June at 7pm. It will be held after fundamentals class and before the advanced class.

Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – we will be giving stripes and belts outs to those who recently missed our last grading day on both Wednesday 26^th & Friday 28^th June. Parents please note that all children will not be given stripes or belts, however it will be great to have everyone there to take a group photo at the end of each class.
