Just a reminder that there is no kids wrestling class today at 4.30pm and adults wrestling class at 8.30pm. Coach Claudiu is away and will return for usual classes next Thursday 11th October. As an alternative Kids are welcome to try out Kids BJJ class tomorrow (Fri 5th) at 4.30pm and adults can try their hand at submission grappling next Tuesday at 8.30pm. Thanks!
