Stronger yoga class is designed to teach you the basic principles of Vinyasa Yoga, including breathing techniques, postures and balance.
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of Yoga in which practitioners synchronise movement and breath to flow from one pose to the next. This is perfect for the already yogi enthusiast but will also complement those of you who want to improve your martial arts flexibility and movement, whether its BJJ or MMA.
