Our coaches have unique skills and a wealth of experience to share, be it for MMA Conditioning, HIIT Circuit Training or weight loss programmes. We also offer private 1 on 1 or 2 PT sessions.
Taking part is straight forward. You can simply ‘Pay as you go’ or or multiple classes in blocks of 10’s
