We offer a mixture of striking, grappling, wrestling and sport-specific fitness and conditioning exercises with influences from different disciplines. Classes are taught in a fun and relaxed environment and beginners are always welcome.
Our venue in South London benefits from a 20ft competition cage, tournament standard grappling area, an array of punching and kicking bags, and a well equipped conditioning zone.
MMA Classes: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri from 8:30pm.
