PHOR KUNE KUNG FU – A traditional Chinese martial art for all the family. Exercises and movements to build mind, body and spirit, Phor Kune has been in London since 1971. This particular style of Kung Fu looks to build character and discipline through physical and mental training. Classes concentrate on health and fitness, set forms, drills and sparring, breathing and meditation.
