Brazilian Jiu jitsu or BJJ for short, is a grappling based martial arts which promotes the concept that anyone no matter how small can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger opponent. The aim is to control of an opponent by taking them to the floor and to use your knowledge of BJJ through proper leverage, positioning and technique Our particular type of BJJ can be used for self defense, grappling tournaments (Gi and no Gi) or to complement your mixed martial arts training for use in MMA competitions.
BJJ Basics: TUES & THURS 6pm – 7pm
BJJ GI: MON, TUES, THURS, FRI 7pm – 8:30pm
BJJ NO GI: EVERY WED 7pm – 8:30pm
BJJ Open Mat: SAT 11:30 – 1:00pm
